Building Maintenance
Rider University seeks an entry-level individual to perform a variety of routine general maintenance services requiring the repair/replacement, installation and repair of building components.
Qualified candidate must possess 3 years general maintenance experience including basic plumbing and electrical experience. Additional requirements include: good organizational skills; good physical stamina; ability to work with minimum supervision; and a valid driver’s license. Individual will be required to work from ladders, operate power tools and must own hand tools.
